Back on track after months
lose over 100lbsI’m now starting to get back on track I’ve had a horrible past few months with my eating and just things that happened in my life. I gained around 20-25 lbs from all the stress I’ve been under and the only way to really cure the stress is eat in my world. I make excuses well its because of the stress, Well im done with the excuses and its time to get my ass back on track. I didn’t work my ass off to just to gain it all back. I lost my father a few months ago and I’ve been pretty depressed because me and him were very close and his death came as a shock out of nowhere, But i know he wouldn’t want me to gain all my weight back so now im back on track and im COUNTING EVERYTHING! ok well not everything lol but most of everything. I do nibble here and there but its not a lot i back to Waring my bodybugg and they’ve changed it sense i use to ware it and the new change is great. It now tells you how much you sleep and i definitely don’t get enough sleep. I need to start working on that because that’s huge when trying to lose weight.
Im not counting fruits and veggies
when i keep track. I am a vegan and a lot of the things i eat contain a lot of carbs so i’ll be working on that to eat a more healthier vegan diet. I’m trying so hard to eat 7 small meals a day but i just find it so hard to break the 3 meal a day habit because im so use to eating 3 big meals a day and im juicing at night. My exercise right now isn’t very much because i just don’t have much time and im pretty worn out during the day but im definitely going to try to squeeze some in when i have some free time. My main focus right now is getting back on track with my eating and making sure i count my calories. Just gaining the 20 lbs i honestly feel so gross and i can tell i put this weight on and feel it. To me its the worst feeling ever because I’ve worked so hard to get my weight off and to see some come back is terrifying
