Madras curry sauce over rice with vegetables
I went shopping today to pick up a few things for a recipe i wanted to make but i ended up getting the wrong item lol i was supposed to get garam masala. So that was a never mind on that recipe since i got the wrong ingredient. I figured i would give this stuff a try after spending $5.00 on it! anyways all i did was put some onion and broccoli in the cast iron skillet and added some garlic, Once that was done i added the sauce in and threw it all over some steamed rice and it was all vegan yummy goodness and it was actually really really good. I’ll definitely be buying some more because it’s so easy and i love fast easy vegan meals oh i almost forgot to mention that i fried up some tofu in coconut oil and added it to the mixture. Lately i just don’t have a lot of time anymore because i take my mom to doctor appointments like 4 days a week and on top of that i take care of her too.
Not-beef broth cubes for soups, stews, etc
As we speak i have a lentil in the crock pot and these little vegan things are amazing there Not-Beef broth cubes and totally vegan. I’ve been using them for a while now and they make the soup take a lot better in my opinion. I love crock pot recipes because there so simple and they cook themselves. I love to cook a lot of soup all at once so i have it to eat all through the week so i don’t have to worry about cooking and throw it over rice or sweet potatoes.
